This job original spec for bronze. L & M Metal
Works recommended a cost effective solution utilizing 304 stainless
steel and one of our proprietary finishing systems which allows
for many unique effects. Some of the benefits include environment
synergy, (tailoring site specific tones and colors) metallic reflectivity
or lustre and special techniques capabilities that produce a visually
entertaining flip flop effect from different viewing angles
L & M Metal Works has invented a system utilizing a CNC machining
process to produce receptacles for all horizontal elements. This
system was CAD formatted for accuracy and applied to all interior
and exterior posts allowing minimal weld distortion and maximizing
structural integrity. We were now able to run the elements through
the posts as one structural component as opposed to butt welding
and jigging.
The result of this effort is evident in the clean lines and decreased
flexibility over the span of the railing. Another area of benefit
is seen in decreased production time as cuts and welds are extremely
reduced.
Structural Integrity, Aesthetic Excellence = L & M Metal Works
Standards
Alternative Material Recommendation, Site Specific Finish, Decreased
Production Time = Value & Substantial savings to the customers.
